Chats and photos

Tap Chat at the bottom, then tap the purple pencil.

Type the start of the person's name in To. Tap their name under Suggestions.

Type your message, then tap the purple send arrow.

For a group, add each other person in To the same way. Their names stack under To.

Open the chat and tap the + next to Type a message.

There are two methods to attach media. Tap Media.

Method 1: From this screen, select one or more photos. Swipe left to view more photos in the photo library.

To add text with the photo, tap Attach 1 photo.

Method 2: Tap Photo library, and select one or more photos.

Tap the purple arrow in the bottom right corner.

The next screen is where you make edits. To add text with the photo, tap the paperclip. If you do not need text, tap the purple arrow in the bottom right corner.

To take a new picture while in the chat, tap the camera icon to the right of Type a message.

The camera screen will appear. Tap the white button to take the picture.

Tap Chat at the bottom. Under Teams and channels, a team is the program or group home. Each team has three channels.

Home is for individual documentation and information.

Facility and Fleet is for information about the home and the vehicles.

Nurses is for all things nursing related that you want everyone to see.

Tap the calendar icon, then tap the + in the bottom right corner.

Tap Schedule a meeting.

Add a title.

Tap Add participants. Type the start of the person's name. Tap their name under Suggested.

Add the date and time of the meeting.

Optional: Tap Description to enter information about the meeting.

Tap Done.

Tap the calendar icon. Go to the day of the meeting and tap the meeting title.

Tap Join.

If the screen is showing your picture, tap Video is off.

Then tap Join now.

The meeting will start with your microphone on mute. To unmute yourself, tap the microphone with the line through it at the bottom of the screen.

To leave the meeting, tap the phone icon in the bottom right corner.

If you would like to meet with another user, but a meeting is not scheduled, go to the calendar and tap the + button.

Tap Meet now.

Tap Join now.

To add the other person, tap Add participants.

Type the start of the person's name. Tap their name under Suggested. When you are finished adding participants, tap Done.

To leave the meeting, tap the phone icon in the bottom right corner.

Tap Calls at the bottom, then tap the phone + in the bottom right corner.

If you see Allow Access To Contacts, tap Cancel.

Type the start of the person's name in To. Tap their name under Directory contacts.

Tap the phone icon to the right of their name.

This screen means you are waiting for the other person to pick up.

When you are talking, tap End call to hang up.
