Use the managed iPhone

This phone has the approved work apps only. You can change the volume, the brightness, and which apps are open. You cannot add apps or change settings. If an app is missing or a control is blocked, tell your supervisor.

Adjustable settings

The switch on the left sets ring or silent. The buttons under it raise and lower the volume. The button on the right locks the screen.

Swipe down from the top-right corner. Drag the sun for brightness and the speaker for volume. The lock with the round arrow is lock auto rotate. Leave the other controls alone.

Close apps

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause until the apps appear, then take your finger off the screen.

The open apps appear as cards. Tap a card to open that app again.

Swipe the card up and off the screen to close it. Close apps that show resident information before you set the phone down or end your shift.

If the phone is lost

If the phone is lost or stolen, tell your supervisor right away so it can be locked. Do not wait until the end of the shift. Your supervisor can put the iPhone in lost mode, which displays its location. An alarm can be played to find the phone if it has been misplaced in the house.
